Hold My Court

We use an online platform called Hold My Court in order to allow members to book court times for tennis and/or pickleball. You can visit the courts calendar by clicking on the screenshot to the left or by clicking HERE.

Non-members can rent a court by clicking HERE.

INITIAL REGISTRATION

You must create an account on the Hold My Court calendar before you can book a court. Click on the link labelled Sign in or Register. Fill in the form for a New Registration. Make sure that your email address is correct and that you include your first and last name. Once you have registered for a Hold My Court account you will be able to book courts via the calendar.

COURT BOOKING PROCEDURE:

Click on the date you wish play, then click on the link corresponding to the time and court number of the desired reservation. Submit the reservation form. If you are not already signed in, you will be taken to the sign-in page instead. Please include all of the names of the players who will be using the court.

If you decide to cancel the reservation, please help other members wishing to book, by cancelling your reservations on the Hold My Court site by clicking on the reservation you made and following the instructions to delete the reservation.

Notes:

You can make a reservation at 5:00 pm or later for the following 7 calendar days.
You can make one court reservation per day.
You can register to reserve a court for one or two hours.
Only the “reserving member” will be able to cancel the reservation or make changes to it, although all members can view all reservations.
An automatic email will be sent to the Holua Racquet and Paddle gmail confirming the reservation. These will be monitored to ensure our system is working and only members are reserving. An automatic email will also be sent for any cancellations.
You will receive an email confirmation that you have successfully booked a court.
